根据行政命令（E.O.）13850指定PetróleosdeVenezuela，S.A。（PdVSA）在委内瑞拉经济的石油部门经营，
在委内瑞拉石油部门经营的人员将受到E.O.的制裁。13850。
此外，OFAC正在修改
一般许可证3“授权与某些债券相关的交易，融资和其他交易的规定”，
就此指定发布以下八个与委内瑞拉有关的新的一般许可证：
