パナソニック株式会社（本社：大阪府門真市、代表取締役社長：津賀一宏、以下、「パナソニック」）は、パナソニックが発行済株式総数の49％を出資するスペインの自動車部品・システムサプライヤーであるフィコサ・インターナショナルS.A.（本社：スペイン バルセロナ、CEO：ハビエル・プジョル、以下、「フィコサ」）の株式を、プジョル家の資産管理会社であるフィコサ・インバージョン社から20％追加取得し、フィコサを発行済み株式総数の69％を出資する連結子会社とすることを本年3月21日に発表しましたが、今般、所定の手続きを経て7月4日付で追加出資の手続きが完了しましたのでお知らせいたします。
