我们开发了一种新方法,简化了经典猪瘟和非洲猪瘟的基因检测,并将所需时间减少到两个小时,是传统时间的三分之一。

古典猪瘟和非洲猪瘟检测:

之前分别判断的两种疾病均可同时检测,检测准确率与常规方法相当或优于常规方法。

用于快速判断和早期防疫措施。

同时识别多个目标基因:

新方法不需要从样本中提取 DNA 的工作,大大简化了过程。

可同时鉴定多个靶基因。

据说这项技术是世界上第一个将这项技术用于检测古典猪瘟和非洲猪瘟的技术。

NIAH:Development of a new genetic test method that enables simultaneous diagnosis of classical swine fever and African swine fever

have jointly developed a real-time PCR method that can easily and simultaneously detect the genes of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) and African swine fever virus (ASFV) without purifying the viral nucleic acid from the sample.

This test method
enables us to detect and differentiate both classical swine fever (CSF) and African swine fever (ASF) within two hours, which generally requires 6 hours for each test.

Hence,
this test method is expected to be useful for rapid detection of both CSF and ASF to allow early implementation of preventive measures against the diseases.
