Glencore提及于二零一七年十月十六日刊发有关联合公司向CEFC China Energy Company Limited出售Rosneft 14.16％股权的协议。

该联盟今天已向CEFC发出通知，根据其条款终止该协议，因此拟议的销售将不再进行。
