Tokyo, Nov. 6 –Same-store sales at McDonald’s Holdings Co. (Japan) <2702> fell for the second straight month in October, signaling the hamburger chain is still struggling with consumers’ food safety concerns.
The company said Friday that sales at stores open at least a year fell 0.3 pct in October from a year before. The number of customers decreased 0.8 pct, marking the 30th straight month of decline, after a 4.1 pct fall in September.(2015/11/06-18:48)
