H.I.S. Co. <9603>H.I.S. to Tie Up with Major Chinese Online Travel Agency
Tokyo, Nov. 4 –Japanese travel agency H.I.S. Co. <9603> said Wednesday it will set up a joint venture this month with LY.com, a Chinese online travel booking site operator, to support individual Chinese travelers to Japan.
The new company, to be based in Tokyo, will aim to meet demand mainly from younger Chinese generations hoping to visit Japan under originally designed travel plans.
