📉Foreigners Net Sellers of Japanese Stocks for 3rd Week.

Tokyo, Feb. 1 –Foreign investors were net sellers of Japanese stocks for the third consecutive week last week, a Tokyo Stock Exchange report showed Thursday.

In the week through Friday, overseas investors sold a net 356,002 million yen, up from the previous week’s net selling of 222,243 million yen, according to the report on cash stock transactions on the TSE and the Nagoya Stock Exchange.

The key 225-issue Nikkei average fell 176.18 points, or 0.74 pct, to end the reporting week at 23,631.88.
