DOH分配P18-M用于流感药物Avigan作为COVID-19治疗的试验

杜特尔特总统周一（5月18日）表示，已拨出1800万菲律宾比索用于日本抗流感药物阿维甘的临床试验，以作为治疗新冠状病毒疾病的潜在方法。
约80至100位患者
总统在总统向国会提交的关于政府冠状病毒反应的第八次每周报告中说，预计将在该国使用Avigan进行临床研究。
杜特尔特说：“美国卫生部通过其“通过循证辅助决策与健康政策和系统研究促进健康”，已为阿维甘试验拨款1800万比索。”
“As of 11 May 2020,
there are three identified sites for Avigan trials with a target of 80 to100 subject patients,” he added.
Also, the President said 24 hospitals will participate in the “Solidarity Trials” initiated by the World Health Organization to search for a coronavirus treatment.
Twelve hospitals are already actively recruiting participants.
So far, Duterte said there are 87 participants or enrollees in the clinical trials
The government is also exploring involvement in other clinical studies for the coronavirus treatment.
