已向工会提出了一项特殊的自愿退休计划，以启动停滞不前的消费金融业务部门的出售程序。
自愿退休计划
花旗银行在 9 月 27 日提出的建议包括提供员工退休前的工资。
如果雇员离退休还有超过五年的时间，
银行将向他支付剩余期间标准工资的 90% 作为特别遣散费。
If the remaining period is less than five years：
the bank will pay him 100 percent of the salaries until his retirement.
Employees’ monthly salaries：
are calculated by dividing annual salaries by 12 months.
The upper limit of the severance pay was set at 700 million won.
