Japan’s Auto Output Up 6.7 Pct in Oct.
Tokyo, Nov. 29 (Jiji Press)–Combined domestic automobile production by eight major Japanese manufacturers in October rose 6.7 pct from a year earlier to 840,835 units, data from the companies showed Thursday.
The growth reflected boosted production after operations were halted by a series of natural disasters including typhoons and a major earthquake in September.
